Hello, this is Sergei.
Today is a public holiday in several countries, including Portugal — so this one will be short.
First. I’ve added a new section on AI for Newsroom with sources I read daily to track what’s happening in AI and journalism. If you’re running a blog, newsletter, podcast, or any other resource — feel free to add it via the “Add resource” button at the top of the page.
Second. By June I’m planning to do a research based on infirmation I’ve been collecting here. The research will be like “State of AI in newsmedia”. It won’t be like some academic thing. I’d rather going to find something practical to consider for our AI strategy (I hope we all have if not AI strategy, but at least some vision for our newsrooms). So if you have some particular questions this reasearch should answer, please just reply on this email. Would appreciate some hints to have even more usefull research.
