Hello, this is Sergei.
This week marks six months since I launched AI For Newsroom. Here’s where things stand now: 248 initiatives across 211 newsrooms in 51 countries. Alongside that, 72 AI policies and guidelines, plus a large collection of resources — reports, research, analysis, tools — almost 200 items in total. And, of course, a curated daily feed with the most interesting, valuable, and actually useful content about AI in newsrooms.
What’s next? I have plans to turn this feed into something more than just a stream of links. In February, I’m finishing the MVP of a full scale CMS that uses AI to assist and improve newsroom workflows. The first real installation will live inside AI For Newsroom. More on that very soon.
